Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A sub frame structure for a vehicle is provided to improve assembling convenience by guiding a lower arm using a guide member with a minimum size. CONSTITUTION: A sub frame structure for a vehicle comprises guide members(10a,10b,10c) formed on an upper panel or/and a lower panel. The guide members touch a bolting pipe(21) to restrict the movement of a lower arm(200). When the lower arm is stopped by the guide members, the bolting pipe is connected to the bolt holes of the upper and lower panels so that a fixing bolt can be inserted.
