Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A wireless power transmitter and a wireless power receiver are provided to identically maintain the resonant frequency of a receiving terminal and a transmitting terminal. CONSTITUTION: A resonance formation circuit comprises a variable capacity which is connected to be operated in parallel. Each variable capacity can be selectively driven under the control of a frequency control part. Each variable capacity comprises switches(SW1-SWn) and capacitors(C1-Cn). The resonant frequency of an electric power converting part or a power receiver can be determined according to the state of each switch.
