CONSTITUTION: Scissors for conveniently cooking fried rice comprise scissor blade projections(21), handles(30), a bored scissor surface(22), and a center separating weight(10). The scissor blade projections protrude from the leading end of a scissor blade(20). Users use the scissors with the handles. The bored scissor surface is formed on the face of the scissor blade. The scissors move around the center separating weight, and separate the handles.
