Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing a Pin1(peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase NIMA-interacting 1) expression or an activation inhibitor for preventing and treating hepatitis C viruses is provided to suppress HCV(hepatitis C virus) replication, and to be used as an agent for preventing and treating HCV. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating a HCV contains a Pin1 expression inhibitor. A Pin1 mRNA expression inhibitor is an antisense nucleotide, shRNA, or siRNA which complementarily binds to Pin1 mRNA. The siRNA has sequence numbers of 31-34. The Pin1 activation inhibitor is juglone or dipentamethylene thiuram monosulfide. The Pin1 activation inhibitor is an antibody which binds to Pin1 protein.
