CONSTITUTION: A base transparent substrate(210) is prepared. A plurality of openings is formed on a masking plate(220). The masking plate is located on the base transparent substrate. An ITO thin film is deposited on the masking plate. It remains the ITO thin film on the base transparent substrate. |
