Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A film coating tablet containing Cardus marianus fructus extract and Curcumma xanthorhiza rhizoma extract is provided to prevent microbial contamination and to ensure similar elution pattern with a conventional soft capsule. CONSTITUTION: A film coating tablet contains Cardus marianus fructus extract, Curcumma xanthorhiza rhizoma extract, solubilizing agent, and disintegrant. The disintegrant is low substitution hydroxypropyl cellulose, carboxyl methyl cellulose calcium, or crospovidone. The Cardus marianus fructus extract contains 40% or more of silymarin and 17% or more of silybin. The Curcumma xanthorhiza rhizoma extract contains 1.0% or dicinnamoyl methane derivatives.
