Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An expression vector for animal cells and a method for preparing a recombinant gene using the same are provided to improve target protein expression rate and to effectively express recombinant protein(EPO) or antibody(anti-HER2 antibody) in animal cells. CONSTITUTION: An expression vector for animal cells contains 5'-SAR(Scaffold or Matrix Attachment Region) of CSP-B(Cytotoxic Serine Protease-B); a promoter which is operable in the animal cells; and a polyadenylation sequence. The animal cells are CHO(Chinese hamster ovary), VERO, HeLa cells, WI38, BHK(baby hamster kidney), COS cells, or MDCK(Madin-Darby Canine kindey). A method for preparing a recombinant protein comprises a step of culturing the animal cells transformed by the expression vector.
