Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A collective intelligence service system and a method thereof are provided to set up a filtering standard based on characteristic information included in a user question and to perform filtering about respondents. CONSTITUTION: A questioner terminal device(100) receives a respond corresponding to user question. A service device(200) extracts characteristic information included in the user question. The service device sets up a filtering standard based on the extracted characteristic information. The service device performs filtering about a responder terminal device(300) through the fixed filtering standard. The service apparatus selects a response object terminal device.
