Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A cleansing composition for a flat panel display is provided to remove organic pollutant or particles on a glass substrate, electrode or wire, and to have excellent cleansing effect without corroding an electrode or wire. CONSTITUTION: A cleansing composition for a flat panel display comprises an alkoxyalkanolamine compound represented by chemical formula 1, a hydroxylamine compound represented by chemical formula 2, a water-soluble organic solvent, an organic phosphoric acid or organic phosphate, and water. The weight ratio of the comprised amount of the alkoxyalkanolamine compound and the hydroxylamine compound is 1:2-1:10. The organophosphoric acid is a potassium salt or a sodium salt.
