Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A color electronic paper display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement color production and anti-reflection of light by using a color filter and to improve the light transmittance of the color electronic paper display device. CONSTITUTION: A lower electrode(110) faces an upper electrode(140) with a predetermined gap. A partition structure(120) includes cells(121) formed on the lower electrode. A twist ball(130) is injected inside each cell of the partition structure. The anti-reflection part(151) is formed in a color filter(150). The color filter is boned to the upper electrode. The anti-reflection part is formed at a moth-eye pattern(151a).
