CONSTITUTION: A conductive base coating contains a sheetable graphite(10) and a carbon black(20). A laser diffraction diameter is less than 12 micro meter. A 50 mass% stoke diameter is less than 5.5 micro meter. A slicing index is between 2.25 and 5.0 in the slicing graphite.
