Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A cargo hold construction device is provided to transfer pressure and heat to a triplex by closely attaching the cargo hold construction device to a step section when a step is formed between multiple lower insulation barriers. CONSTITUTION: A cargo hold construction device comprises a hot pad(110) and a fluid supply unit(120). The hot pad is formed by a flexible material and is closely attached on the top of a triplex of a LNG cargo hold. Fluid is received inside the hot pad. The fluid supply unit supplies the high temperature fluid to the hot pad.
