The heat source-side heat exchanger is connected to the expansion valve, and exchanges the heat with heat source-side fluid supplied through a heat source-side supply pipe(350). The compressor is connected to the heat source-side heat exchanger and load side heat exchanger. The direction switching valve changes the flow direction of refrigerant. The auxiliary heat exchanger heat-exchanges the heat source-side fluid with second cooling and heating fluid supplied through a second load side supply pipe(330).
