Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A system for simultaneously supplying cold and hot water and a control method thereof are provided to improve the performance of a heat pump as a second heat source is obtained by an auxiliary heat exchanger when the heat source fluid absorbs the predetermined quantity of heat. CONSTITUTION: A system(100) for simultaneously supplying cold and hot water comprises a heat pump(200) and an auxiliary heat exchanger(300). The heat pump comprises a load side heat exchanger(230), an expansion valve(240), a heat source-side heat exchanger(250), a compressor(210), and a direction switching valve(220) The load side heat exchanger exchanges heat with first cooling and heating fluid supplied through a first load side supply pipe(310). The heat source-side heat exchanger is connected to the expansion valve, and exchanges the heat with heat source-side fluid supplied through a heat source-side supply pipe(350). The compressor is connected to the heat source-side heat exchanger and load side heat exchanger. The direction switching valve changes the flow direction of refrigerant. The auxiliary heat exchanger heat-exchanges the heat source-side fluid with second cooling and heating fluid supplied through a second load side supply pipe(330).
