Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to supply light for obtaining a picture of high quality by controlling output intensity of light emitting devices based on a gaze directing of a camera. CONSTITUTION: A lighting control unit(6) is included in a camera. The lighting control unit controls output intensity of light emitting devices(5) based on camera view direction setting including a camera panning position. The camera includes a camera head(2) installed in a camera base(3). The light emitting device is installed in a ring or partial ring shape which covers a part of the camera head.
