Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A producing method of fried pork skin using Kalopanax pictus leaves and jujube leaves is provided to improve the eating texture of the fried pork skin, and to reduce the fat degeneration. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fried pork skin using Kalopanax pictus leaves and jujube leaves comprises the following steps: cutting the pork skin into the predetermined size; inserting the cut pork skin, the Kalopanax pictus leaves, or the jujube leaves in water for boiling, after adding ginger and whole black pepper; separating the pork skin from the water, and removing the moisture from the pork skin before drying; and frying the dried pork skin.
