ANTI-FOULING COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A non-toxic antifouling paint composition is provided to improve strength and mechanical properties by increasing a mechanical and thermal elasticity and to maintain anti-fouling performance for long time by reducing surface energy of a film when the composition forms a film exposed to seawater. CONSTITUTION: A non-toxic antifouling paint composition comprises a binder represented by chemical formula 1, a curing aid supporting a curing of the binder, a surface lubricant comprising a first surface lubricant represented by chemical formula 2 and a second surface lubricant represented by chemical formula 3, a film-reinforcing agent comprising an acrylic polymer, and a slip agent comprising a fluorine resin. In chemical formula 1, n ins an integer, R is a hydroxyl group, a linear or branched alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an acid group, a cyanine group, an amino group, or an epoxy group, R1 and R2 is a hydroxyl group, an alkyl group, a linear or branched alkyl group, alkoxy group, alkyl group, or fluorine-containing organic moiety.
