Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A muk(jellied food) producing apparatus enabling users to easily separate muk from a container, and the shaped muk using thereof are provided to rapidly harden the muk inside a molding frame. CONSTITUTION: A muk(jellied food) producing apparatus comprises the following: a first extruder(3) including a hopper, a first screw, and a first heating device; a second extruder(5) for heating gelled muk, including a second screw and a second heating device; a storage tank(100) for storing the muk extruded from the second extruder; a controlling tank(200) including plural nozzles for flowing the gelled muk into a molding frame; a connection pipe(210) flowing the gelled muk into the molding frame; the molding frame(400) molding the gelled muk; and a controlling valve(220) installed in between the controlling tank and the storage tank.
