CONTROL METHOD OF NONVOLATILE MEMORY AND MEMORY SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A control method of a nonvolatile memory and a memory system including the same are provided to change the number of memory cells in each cell level according to a receiving pattern of an address from a host. CONSTITUTION: A non-volatile memory(100) includes a plurality of memory cells. A memory controller(200) controls a plurality of the memory cells in order for the memory cell to be operated in a plurality of cell levels. The memory controller includes addressed received from a host in address groups. The memory controller varies the number of the memory cells according to the number of addresses included in each address group.
