CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of chemically tempered glass substrates for display devices comprises the following steps: heating a glass at pre-heating temperature; and dipping the glass into a chemical reinforcing treatment liquid. The pre-heating temperature and a strain point of the glass satisfy the following formula: 220°C
