Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A transmission case is provided to improve strength by combining a plurality of divided case elements and to secure the installation strength of a bearing support boss which controls deformation. CONSTITUTION: One or more case elements among a plurality of case elements are comprised of a composite structure by a metal frame(5) and a resin cover(6). The metal frame comprises a whole peripheral flange(51), a bearing support boss, and an enforcement arm(56). The bearing support boss supports shaft members which can be rotated. The enforcement arm connects the whole peripheral flange to the bearing support boss. The resin cover covers an opening formed by the metal frame.
