Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An apparatus for eliminating moisture from biogas is provided to prevent the clogging phenomenon and/or the freezing and bursting phenomenon of a pipeline by eliminating moisture from biogas. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for eliminating moisture from biogas is composed of a pipeline(110) and a condensing part(120). The pipeline connects an anaerobic digesting bath and a gas storing bath, and biogas flows through the pipeline. The pipeline is upwardly slanted from the upper part of the anaerobic digesting bath and is downwardly curved. The condensing part is formed in the pipeline to be adjacent to the upper part of the anaerobic digesting bath. Moisture in the biogas is condensed to be eliminated by external air in the condensing part.
