DEVICE FOR FEEDING NUTS OF THE NUT WELDING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A nut feeding apparatus of an automatic nut welding machine is provided to accurately supply nuts to the underside of an upper electrode one by one, thereby reducing a failure in welding a nut to a panel. CONSTITUTION: A nut feeding apparatus of an automatic nut welding machine comprises a nut guide body(210), a gate, a pair of guide fingers(230), a nut drawing unit(240), a push rod, and a finger operating unit(280). The nut guide body is inclined toward the underside of an upper electrode(120). The gate is installed at the distal end of the nut guide body in order to prevent unintended separation of a nut(N). The pair of guide fingers stably guide the nut passing through the gate to the underside of the upper electrode. The nut drawing unit operates to draw out nuts one by one through the distal end of the nut guide body. The push rod has a seesaw motion and a sliding motion on the top of the nut guide body so that one nut drawn out by the nut drawing unit is moved to the leading end of the nut guide fingers through the opened gate. The finger operating unit allows the upper electrode to move downward at the state where the nut is transferred to the underside of the upper electrode through the nut guide fingers.
