Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A transparent electrode film structure and a touch screen are provided to reduce reflectivity and increase transmittance by including a conductive polymer film or a graphene film. CONSTITUTION: First and second hard coating layers(110,130) are coated on both sides of a retarder film(120). An optical layer(140) is formed on the second hard coating layer. A transparent electrode layer(150) is formed on the optical layer. The transparent electrode layer is conductive polymer film or graphene. The optical layer has a structure laminated on two or more layers. The retarder film is a COP(Cyclic Olefin Polymers) film or a COC(Cyclic Olefin Copolymer) film.
