Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method for preventing the loss of thrust with an azimuth thruster in a trim condition is provided to rapidly prevent the thrust of a thruster from being lost without changing the conditions of loaded cargo or ballast water in a trim condition of a ship. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing the loss of thrust with an azimuth thruster in a trim condition is as follows. An azimuth thruster(10) is rotated not only in a lateral direction but also in a vertical direction. When the trim is generated in a ship, the azimuth thruster is vertically rotated at a same angle as a trim angle of the ship in the opposite direction of a trim direction of the ship. The azimuth thruster is vertically rotated by using an asymmetry motion of pistons(11,12). The pistons are respectively installed in the front and rear of a strut(16) of the azimuth thruster. |
