Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A flat board including stereoscopic perception and manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the stereoscopic effect of an image by forming an image printing layer using metallic paint. CONSTITUTION: A flat board includes a primer layer(20), a printed layer(30), a mirror coating layer(40), and a protection layer(50). The primer layer is printed on the flat board. The printed layer is printed on the primer layer except for a white part. The mirror coating layer is sprayed between the flat board and the printed layer. The protection layer is sprayed on the mirror coating layer. The mirror coating layer is selected from metallic paint, metallic ink, and mirror ink.
