Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An epoxy resin with oxazolidone group is provided to improve workability by reducing viscosity, and to improve adhesion between copper foil and prepreg. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an epoxy resin with an oxazolidone group comprises: a step of manufacturing a mixed epoxy resin mixture by mixing an epoxy resin in chemical formula 1 and a brominated epoxy resin in chemical formula 2; a step of adding a catalyst into the manufactured epoxy resin mixture, and raising temperature of the mixture; a step of conducting a reaction by adding polyisocyanate into the mixture; and a step of mixing the epoxy resin in chemical formula 1 and ketone-based solvent into the mixture.
