CONSTITUTION: Hollow-shaped wind inducing units(110,120) are formed on both an upper end and a lower end of a national flag(103). The wind inducing units are made of the same material as the national flag's. An inner diameter of the wind inducing units becomes smaller to the outside. The national flag is fixed to the front of the wind inducing units.
