Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A device for providing rotary force by adjusting the length of an arm is provided to increase the rotary efficiency by applying driving power which rotates a length control bar. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for providing rotary force by adjusting the length of an arm comprises a vertical frame(110), a rotary shaft(120), a fixed bar(130), a length control bar(140), and a driving unit. The rotary shaft is rotatably installed in the vertical frame. The fixed bar is radially connected to the rotary shaft. The center of the length control bar is rotatably connected to the end of the fixed bar. A weight is installed on one side of the length control bar. The driving unit rotates the length control bar to control the distance between the weight and the rotary shaft.
