MOORING APPARATUS WITH ELECTROMAGNET FOR SHIP

PURPOSE: A mooring gear of a ship using an electromagnet is provided to facilitate the mooring work of a ship by reducing the amount of mooring lines. CONSTITUTION: A mooring gear(100) of a ship using an electromagnet comprises a holder(110), an electromagnet(120), a support member(130), shock absorbing members(140), and a control unit. The holder is fixed to the mooring surface of a quay using multiple anchor bolts(112) and has a vertical guide groove(114). The electromagnet is installed on the holder to be vertically movable and moors a ship using magnetic force. One end of the support member is inserted into the guide groove and is moved along the guide groove, and the other end is coupled to the electromagnet and supports the electromagnet. The shock absorbing members are attached to both sides of the guide groove of the holder and protect the electromagnet. The control unit controls currents supplied to the electromagnet.
