Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A wireless network based data transmission system and a method thereof are provided to operate a battery by optimizing a signal transmission period of a wireless relay device. CONSTITUTION: A wireless relay device(100) converts an operation mode into an active mode according to confirming request event generation in a sleep mode state. The wireless relay device transmits a data transmission confirming request to a terminal device. The wireless relay device receives a transmission request through an antenna. The wireless relay device transmits remote data. The remote data includes one or more location information and state information.
