Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An image service supplying device, a method thereof, a real time image processing method of a user terminal, and computer readable recording medium are provided to generate an image by using real time broadcasting stream and to successively supply the generated image. CONSTITUTION: A broadcasting station linkage unit(200) receives broadcasting data stream and EPG(Electronic Program Guide) information from a broadcasting station server through coupling with a broadcasting station server. An image generating unit(202) generates an image by using the broadcasting stream data corresponding to the EPG information which a user terminal requests. An image transmitting unit(204) transmits the generated image to the user terminal.
