Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A semiconductor device for efficiently supplying power is provided to improve an operation speed by boosting a power voltage without a boosting device like a charge pump and a level shifter. CONSTITUTION: A virtual power supply unit(100) generates a virtual voltage by boosting a driving voltage. A driving signal generator(300) generates a driving signal with a reinforced driving signal based on a virtual voltage. A driver(500) drives a load based on the driving voltage and the driving signal. The virtual power supply unit generates a virtual voltage by using capacitively coupled conductors.
