Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A medium composition for culturing agaricus bisporus having the high content of amino acid, and a cultivation method of the agaricus bisporus using thereof are provided to obtain the high quality agaricus bisporus with improved productivity. CONSTITUTION: A medium composition for culturing agaricus bisporus having the high content of amino acid is obtained mixing 100 parts of main materials by weight as a carbon source, 3-60 parts of cattail by weight, and 0.3-5 parts of animal amino acid liquid fertilizer by weight. The main materials include 60-80wt% of rice straws, and 20-40wt% of mixed straws and wheat, barley, or their mixture.
