Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing niacinamide-containing nanoemulsions is provided to enhance transdermal absorption of niacinamide and to effectively treat dry skin with safety. CONSTITUTION: A nanoemulsion containing 0.1-10 wt% of niacinamide contains sodium stearyoyl glutamate, high carbon number alcohol, polyol, fatty acid, ethanol, and oil mixed in a weight ratio of 0.1-1.0 : 0.1-0.5 : 3.0-10.0 : 0.2-0.5 : 1.0-2.0 : 0.5-2.0. The purity of sodium stearoyl glutamate is 95% or more. The polyol is concentrated glycerin or dipropyelen glycol. The oil is squalene, octyl dodecyl myristate, octyl palmitate, cyclomethicone, or dimethicone. A cosmetic composition contains 0.1-20 wt% of the nanoemulsion.
