Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A fishing lamp, an apparatus for manufacturing the same, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the destruction of the fishing lamp by manufacturing the fishing lamp based on hard glass and applying transparent heat resistance infrared ray generating coating on the fishing lamp. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a fishing lamp includes an inner structure assembling unit(110), a sealing unit(120), an exhaust unit(130), a base assembling unit(140), a welding unit(150), and a coating unit(160). The inner structure assembling unit assembles the inner structure of an outer tube. The sealing unit inserts the assembled inner structure into the outer tube and seals the outer tube. The exhaust unit exhausts air from the outer tube, and the outer tube is filled with charging gas. The base assembling unit assembles a base at one end part of the outer tube. The inner structure and the base in the outer tube are electrically connected by the welding unit. The coating unit coats the surface of the outer tube with infrared ray generating paint.
