Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: Austenitic heat resistant stainless steel is provided to ensure excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance and hot workability by employing an alloy component system of 22%Cr-12%Ni-1.5%Si-0.2%N. CONSTITUTION: Austenitic heat resistant stainless steel comprises 0.05-0.15 weight% of C,1.0-2.5 weight% of Si, 0.5-2.0 weight% of Mn, 21-25 weight% of Cr, 10-14 weight% of Ni, 0.1-0.3 weight% of N, 0.01-0.06 weight% of Ce, 0-0.5 weight%(0 is exclusive) of Mo, and the remaining amount of Fe and inevitable impurities. The hot workability index of the austenitic heat resistant stainless steel, which is obtained by the following formula, 104 + 14.9 Si - 25.4 Mn - 3.66 Cr + 3.35 Ni - 56.9 Mo + 1212 Ce, is 60 or greater. |
