Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing lercanidipine hydrochloride and valsartan is provided to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases and complex disease thereof with reduce side effect. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases contains lercanidipine HCl and valsartan as an active ingredient. The lercanidipine HCl and valsartan are separately granulated and mixed. The composition additionally contains lercanidipine HCl granule part, valsartan granule part, and pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. The composition is formed in a three layered tablet form comprising lercanidipine HCl, valsartan layer, and a separation layer.
