Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A poly(amino oxalate) and a biodegradable poly(amino oxalate) polymer sphere are provided to have proper hydrophobicity and have biodegradability, biocompatibility, cationic properties at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A poly (amino oxalate) has a structure represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, n indicates an integer of 18-70 and a molar ratio of X : Y is 80-95:5-20. A manufacturing method of the poly(amino oxalate) represented by the chemical formula 1 comprises the following step: polymerizing 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanols,oxalyl chloride and piperazinediethanol. The poly (amino oxalate) polymer sphere is manufactured by adding emulsifier to the poly(amino oxalate) and sonicating and homogenizing thereof.
