Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A wave dissipating block and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve environment for fish and shellfish by improving a wave dissipating effect. CONSTITUTION: A wave dissipating block(1) is composed of four leg bodies(2a,2b). The leg bodies are radially extended from the center(O) of the block. The shaft lines(4) of the leg bodies are integrated in the center of the block. The meeting portion of the foundations(3a) of three leg bodies among the leg bodies is formed in a plane shape, and rugged parts(5) are formed on the plane portion.
