Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A system for lossless processing of SOE(Sequence Of Event) in a plant is provided to manage the accurate generation time of the SOE data and prevent data loss. CONSTITUTION: A digital input unit stores SOE data and generation time of the SOE data. A communication unit(120) receives and stores the SOE data and generation time of the SOE data from the digital input unit. A signal processing unit(130) processes the SOE data and generation time of the SOE data into signals being transmitted to an administrator system(140). The administrator system stores the SOE data and generation time of the SOE data in a database.
