Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating a rotational electromagnetic wave and a power system using the same are provided to reduce manufacture costs and manufacturing processes by only using a magnet, a metal pillar and a conducting wire. CONSTITUTION: A power system includes a power supply unit(100) and a rotational electromagnetic wave generation unit(410). The power supply unit supplies power to a load(200) through a power line(300). The power supply unit supplies the single-phase power or the three-phase power to the load. The power line provides a current route by electrically connecting the power supply unit and the load. The rotational electromagnetic wave generation unit applies a rotational electromagnetic wave to the power line through a conducting wire(430). The rotational electromagnetic wave generation unit is installed on each power line.
