Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An apartment type farm capable of automating a livestock shed is provided to use the power and phenomena of nature for managing the farm and processing the livestock excretion. CONSTITUTION: An apartment type farm comprises the following: a managing room(170) located on the top; plural livestock sheds(110, 140, 150, 160) located in the middle; and a multipurpose room(100) located on the bottom. The managing room includes a feed tank and a water tank. The multipurpose room includes an underground water pump facility, a moisture evaporator, a livestock excrement filter, and a livestock excrement drying stand. Each livestock sheds have drain pans on the floor having a water draining path on the lower side.
