DIAGNOSIS METHOD FOR MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A diagnosis method for a portable terminal is provided to improve user convenience and to reduce the number of unnecessary diagnosis processes by rapidly diagnosing data acquired from an automatic diagnosis. CONSTITUTION: An automatic diagnosis terminal automatically diagnoses a portable terminal(S110). The portable terminal requests a remote diagnosis service(S120). A remote diagnosis terminal connects to the portable terminal in a remote place. The remote diagnosis terminal apparatus remotely diagnoses the portable terminal based on the acquired automatic diagnosis data(S130). The remote diagnosis terminal apparatus connects to the portable terminal using the automatic diagnosis terminal apparatus.
