Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nickel alloy fuel electrodes for molten carbonate fuel cells is provided to reduce discharging amount of organic solvent and drying time and enhancing productivity by using an ethanol-water based solvent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of nickel alloy fuel electrodes for molten carbonate fuel cells comprises the following steps: manufacturing a organic unification solution by mixing an organic combined material which includes anti-foaming agent, a binder, a dispersing agent, and a plasticizer with the ethanol - water based solvent; manufacturing nickel alloy slurry by adding nickel-aluminum alloy powder and nickel powder to the organic binding solution at the weight ratio of 4:6; molding the nickel alloy slurry into a sheet form; manufacturing a green sheet by drying the nickel alloy slurry sheet; and directly installing the green sheet on the fuel cell and removing the organic binding material inside the green sheet using an in-situ sintering process.
