Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A power semiconductor element and arrangement of the power semiconductor element for one or more solar cells are provided to protect power semiconductor parts from moisture by filling the inside of a housing with an electrically insulating resin made of an insulating material. CONSTITUTION: A contact element(22) and a contact bump(28) have one or more predetermined first contact areas(220) and second contact areas(280). A first chip contact area of a power semiconductor part(24) is connected to the contact element. The second chip contact area of the power semiconductor part is connected to the contact bump. The power semiconductor part is sealed with a casing of the power semiconductor part. An anode of the power semiconductor part is connected to the contact element in a conductive state.
