Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A variable-resistance device for a display device and a variable-resistance adjusting method using the same are provided to easily adjust a variable resistance. CONSTITUTION: A variable resistor includes a plurality of resistance terminals and a variable resistance control unit(500). The variable-resistance control unit includes a crown portion(501), a crown shaft(506), a first changing portion(509), a second changing portion(510), and a housing portion(515). The crown shaft guides elevation of the crown portion. The first changing unit is coupled with the crown axis. The second changing unit changes a variable resistance value by rotation power transferred from the crown portion.
