Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A sewage treatment apparatus is provided to conserve power needed for a stirring operation in an anoxic bath and to completely mix sewage and return sludge. CONSTITUTION: A sewage treatment apparatus includes a lower entire side aerating unit(20) and an air dispersing pipe(19). Oxygen is supplied to an aerating bath. An anoxic bath(2) is arranged at the front side of an anaerobic bath(3). Vortex is generated in a vortex mixing and introducing unit(15) on the basis of pumping pressure of return sludge. The return sludge and introduced sewage are mixed and introduced on the basis of a torque generated from vortex generation. Dispersing nozzle holes are arranged at the dispersing pipe, and the return sludge is shot into a vortex-based mixing and introducing unit to generate turbulence.
