Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A system for treating soil polluted by oils and metals is provided to minimize the generation of secondary pollutants by eliminating fine metals from water used for eliminating pollutants and recycling the water without the fine metals. CONSTITUTION: A system for treating soil polluted by oils and metals includes a washing bath(100a), a polluted soil metal separating and collecting part(300a), a polluted metal powder collecting part(200a), an oil and water separating bath(400a), and a treated water storing bath(500a). A polyurethane-based screen with a plurality of through slits is arranged in the washing bath. A unit supplies vibrations based on washing water from a plurality of high pressure spraying nozzles and a motor in order to implement a washing operation in the washing bath. The polluted soil separating and collecting part separates and collects metals(340a) and treated soil(330a) from polluted soil. The polluted metal powder collecting part collects polluted metal powder(240a) from the washing water based on a magnet. The oil and water separating bath separates oils and water from the washing water. The collected oils and the collected water are supplied respectively to an oil outlet(420) and the treated water storing bath.
