Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An X-ray reading method capable of gain control, a reading circuit, and an X-ray sensor using the same are provided to adjust a gain of a charge sensing circuit. CONSTITUTION: A charge sensing and amplifying unit(112) converts charges into a voltage output signal wherein the charged are generated in a photodiode when an X-ray is incident. A comparison unit(113) compares the voltage output signal with a set reference voltage. The comparison unit outputs a comparison output signal. A counter(114) counts pulses in the comparison output signal. The counter outputs digital data.
